Project Details
The Fayetteville residence is a 5,000 square foot, two-story home with a 2,000 square foot unfinished walk-out basement. The center of the house was designed around an existing timber frame barn structure from a farm in Pennsylvania. The barn was dismantled, transported, and reconstructed on this site, and is a stunning feature in the home. The master suite is located on the first floor, with 3 additional bedrooms, an exercise room and a TV loft on the second floor. The semi-detached, 5-stall garage has space for a future guest suite above.
