Cato Residence
The Cato residence is a 3,500 square foot, one-story home with a 3,500 square foot finished walk-out basement. The 3-bedroom home was designed with a modern craftsman style with large, open views to the lake. The master suite and sunroom are on one side of the house, with 2 additional bedrooms on the other. The basement is finished with an additional bedroom, playroom for the kids, and large entertaining space and kitchenette with access to the backyard.
