Project Details
The City of Rome, NY was awarded a Main Street Block Grant to assist commercial building owners with exterior renovations. phZ Architects was awarded a term contract to provide design services, renderings, construction documents, and cost estimates for the program. Since 2013, phZ has completed over 15 commercial façade projects, which have transformed the Dominick Street corridor. Project photos show the completed work, design renderings, and existing conditions for 3 façade projects.
