Project Details
The Jordan residence is a 5,500 square foot, two story home with a 3,000 square foot finished walk-out basement. The home was designed with a structural timber frame, which was manufactured in Colorado and assembled on site. The 2-story great room is the center of the home, with cathedral ceilings and stunning views of the lake behind the house. The master suite is located on the first floor with cathedral ceilings access and to the large back deck. The second floor has 4 additional bedrooms and 2 jack and jill bathrooms. Future expansion may include an indoor pool and semi-detached guest suite.
