Project Details
The existing 1,800 square foot Northern Credit Union Relationship Center in Gouverneur, NY was completely renovated inside and out to create a modern, technologically advanced branch. The new façade creates a tall parapet with a central vestibule on the front to create a more modern, commercial aesthetic. The new parapet conceals the existing sloped roof, which remains. The vinyl siding was replaced with commercial cement board siding and aluminum trim and the interior was gutted to create a large open lobby with a waiting area, tech bar and kids’ area, and automated teller stations. Two private offices and a conference room are enclosed with modular glass walls.
Construction was completed in January of 2020.
