Project Details
The Del Ray Residence is a 5,000 square foot, two-story home located on Del Ray Avenue in historic Alexandria, VA. The craftsman style home was designed to fit into the existing neighborhood, made up of primarily smaller bungalow-style homes. The house was referenced in the local zoning and planning guidelines as being an excellent example of how to integrate new construction into existing historical neighborhoods.
